Job summary

Kool Beanz Suffolk Park is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to guide a team in our purpose-built centre for up to 42 children. You will implement EYLF, support families and foster strong connections with local schools and the community.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with competitive pay, funded First Aid, ongoing professional development and career progression within a privately owned centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required or equivalent approved by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to document and plan for individual learning needs.

Responsibilities

We have fantastic opportunities for a Diploma Qualified, highly motivated Lead Educator who is ready to work Monday to Friday and is looking to work in our privately owned and operated Centre. This position is a position where using your previous experience as a Lead Educator you will help to manage and support the team. For us, it's about finding a like-minded individual who is passionate about early childhood education and the developmental needs of children.

About The Role

About You

• Experience: previous experience as a Lead Educator in an early childhood setting.
• Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR equivalent approved by ACECQA.
• Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification. Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Documentation & Planning: Strong skills in documenting and planning for individual learning needs and general administration.
• Work Authorisation: Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Working Hours

Ideally, we are looking for team member who are available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
