Kool Beanz Lead Educator opportunity in Clear Island Waters invites an experienced educator to lead the team and foster a vibrant learning environment for children. You will craft purposeful spaces, support families, and uphold EYLF standards across the service.

You will collaborate with staff to implement high-quality educational practices, participate in planning, and contribute to a nurturing, culturally rich community spirit within Kool Beanz Academy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards it.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of the EYLF framework.

Lead Educator – Kool Beanz Clear Island Waters

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Educators for our recently opened brand-new service in Clear Island Waters. This service is licensed for 130 children.

The Role:

As a Lead Educator, you will provide leadership and support to your team while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for children. You will create purposeful learning spaces and experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and development. By recognising and advocating for the rights of every child and valuing childhood as a unique and important stage of life, you will help children thrive. Working collaboratively with families as children's first and most influential teachers, you will build strong partnerships and ensure high-quality educational practices are embedded throughout the service in line with national early childhood frameworks and standards.

About You:

• Lead Educator – Diploma or working towards
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Paid working with children check (Blue Card).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
• Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
• Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
• Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
• An understanding of EYLF.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours:

You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
