Job summary

Busy Bees Cameron Park is hiring a Lead Educator (Full-Time) to guide the daily learning program and lead a team within a vibrant early learning centre in Cameron Park, NSW. The role focuses on delivering high-quality educational experiences aligned with EYLF while mentoring fellow educators and establishing strong partnerships with families.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), possess current First Aid, CPR and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent required.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications required.
• Working with Children Check NSW required.
• Experience leading a room in an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within the room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF and centre policies.
• Support children's development and learning through play-based experiences.
