Qualifications

• Lead Educator experience in an early childhood setting.
• Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and planning skills for individual learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Support your team to implement programs and follow the EYLF.
• Create long-lasting connections with local community, schools and families.
• Help the centre meet or exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
