Kool Beanz Lead Educator opportunity in Clear Island Waters invites an experienced educator to lead the team and foster a vibrant learning environment for children. You will craft purposeful spaces, support families, and uphold EYLF standards across the service.

You will collaborate with staff to implement high-quality educational practices, participate in planning, and contribute to a nurturing, culturally rich community spirit within Kool Beanz Academy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards it.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of the EYLF framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the educational team to create engaging learning spaces.
• Foster positive relationships with children and families.
• Ensure alignment with national early childhood frameworks and standards.
• Lead program planning and assessment activities.
