Job summary

Kool Beanz Bridge Road is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to guide and mentor the team in delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will lead program delivery, document child learning, and collaborate with families to support each child’s development.

The role requires passion for early childhood education, strong planning skills, and a commitment to upholding EYLF and NQS standards within a close-knit, community-focused centre.

Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Educator in an early childhood setting.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Current WWC Check and First Aid certification.
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to making a positive impact on children’s learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to implement programs in line with EYLF and NQS.
• Build long-lasting connections with local schools, families and community.
• Help the centre meet/exceed National Quality Standards.
