Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of educators, igniting creativity and curiosity in children. The role centers on implementing the EYLF and NQS within a well-resourced, collaborative setting guided by the Centre Educational Leader.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care approved by AnACECQA.
• Current Working with Children's Check (state relevant).
• Current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Experience mentoring educators to meet curriculum and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator who guides and mentors a team of educators toward high standards.
• Plan, implement and evaluate learning programs with a focus on the Image of the Child.
• Collaborate with Centre Educational Leader to support daily operations.
