Green Leaves Early Learning Centres is seeking a Lead Educator to transform learning and mentor a team of Educators to greatness within our NLRDP program. You will lead planning, active observation, and reflective practice to support children's curiosity and development.

With WA-specific certifications and a commitment to reconciliation and inclusive practice, you will collaborate with families, partake in ongoing professional development, and enjoy a supportive culture and flexible learning

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• WA Working with Children Check.
• WA Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator to mentor a team of Educators to greatness.
• Guide learning through the NLRDP program and collaborate with families.
• Support a reflective practice culture focused on children's curiosity.
