Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty is seeking a Lead Educator in Western Australia to guide and mentor a team of Educators, delivering the National Learning, Research, and Development program. You will support ongoing development and contribute to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current WA Working with Children's Check.
• Current WA Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators towards excellence.
• Implement the National Learning, Research and Development program to support team learning.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for children, families and staff.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives.
