Job summary

ANZUK Education is opening a brand-new centre in Adelaide Hills and seeks experienced Lead Educators and Educational Leaders to join the founding team. This hands-on role focuses on guiding a room, mentoring colleagues, and shaping a calm, curious learning environment.

You will model respectful practice, strengthen connections with children and families, and lead by example while supporting ongoing professional development within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Proven Lead Educator or Room Leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• Current First Aid, RRHAN, and Working With Children Check (SA).

Responsibilities

• Lead a room and mentor a team to deliver child-led learning.
• Support culture of calm, curiosity, and meaningful connections.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to shape practice.
