Job summary

Happy Hearts Childcare & Kindergarten in Caboolture, QLD, is seeking highly motivated Lead Educators to join our large 8-room centre. You will be committed to engaging with children and families, supporting learning through play and developmentally appropriate practice.

The role offers opportunities for ongoing research and professional growth, access to our Wellbeing Program and employee wellbeing initiatives, and a supportive team dedicated to heart-centered care.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset and love of learning are essential.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Diploma Certificate and a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) are required.
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and the QKLG.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, standards and regulatory requirements.

We are a large 8 room Centre with outstanding design features and engaging environments in which to learn alongside children as well as spaces to relax, recharge and research, you will love being part of this spectacular environment. We pride ourselves on engaging resources and amazing set ups of the play spaces.
