Only About Children Rose Bay Village is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Diploma) to support our 0-3 year olds with strong leadership and mentoring across the campus.

You will contribute to curriculum planning, strengthen child-safe and inclusive practice, and help educators feel confident in delivering high-quality care. Join a warm, supportive team that values learning, collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Clear communication and warm mentoring skills.
• Commitment to child safe leadership and improvement.
• A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
