Job summary

Expect A Star is seeking an Educational Leader in Rose Bay to join a supportive Early Childhood team. You will collaborate with educators to design engaging programs, track each child’s development, and foster a safe, stimulating learning environment that supports individual growth.

You’ll lead curriculum development within a fast-paced setting, ensuring strong connections with families and the local community while delivering high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children’s Check.
• Valid First Aid, CPR & Child Protection Certificate.
• Experience leading curriculum development in a fast environment.
• Full working rights within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs.
• Track and document each child’s learning and development journey.
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Develop tailored learning plans to support each child’s individual growth.
• Provide hands on guidance to help children achieve their developmental milestones.
