Job summary

G8 Education Limited is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator for Great Beginnings Yanchep in Western Australia. You will lead a passionate team, create a rich learning environment for children aged 0-5, and model best practice across EYLF and NQS frameworks.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services required.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS essential.
• Experience as an educator in an early childhood service (0-5 years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high‑quality learning experiences.
• Create and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0‑5.
• Plan, document, and implement engaging early childhood activities.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support children's development.

This role is Full time permanent working 38 hours per week.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
