Eden Academy Park Ridge is seeking a visionary Lead Educator to shape our team and inspire young learners. You will design engaging programs, mentor staff, and foster a caring, inclusive environment for 1–2 year olds in a high-quality setting.

Join a child-safe organisation committed to the wellbeing of children, with strong EYLF/NQS knowledge, a current Working with Children Check, and a passion for building relationships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Professional and friendly presentation.
• Ability to build relationships with families and the community.
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare or education.

Step into a high-end, architecturally inspired environment designed to spark curiosity. Our centre features stunning open-plan rooms bathed in natural light and premium natural play spaces. Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 108 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

1 x Lead for 1-2 years old

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
