Job summary

Eden Academy Auchenflower is seeking a visionary Lead Educator in Nursery to guide a dynamic team and inspire curious, capable little learners. This role operates in a high-end environment from 6:30am to 6:00pm, catering to 75 children with frequent access to premium resources.

You will lead programming, mentor staff and build strong relationships with families and the local community. Applicants hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-equivalent), a current WWCC, and strong

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-equivalent required.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Two professional references, including a supervisor in childcare/education.

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
