Job summary

Eden Academy Oxley Rd is seeking a visionary Lead Educator for JK room to shape a team and inspire young learners in a high-end, architecturally inspired environment. Centre operates 7:00am - 6:30pm with space for ~90 children and world-class resources.

We are a child-safe organisation committed to safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children, with generous above‑award rates and substantial childcare fee discounts. Opportunity to transfer across centres and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Professional and friendly personal presentation.
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community.
• Team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference.
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare/education.

Hiring: 1 x Junior Kindy Lead

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:
