Eden Academy Mountain Creek is hiring a Co-Lead Educator to inspire and shape a dynamic team for our 125-child centre. The role focuses on high-quality care, inclusive leadership, and creating engaging learning environments that empower children as independent learners.

We offer a 6:30am–6:30pm schedule, generous above-award rates, and frequent turnover of premium resources to support exceptional teaching and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECECQA-approved equivalent) required.
• Current Working with Children Check required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Professional and friendly presentation.
• Ability to build relationships with families and community.
• Two professional references, including a manager/supervisor.

Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 125 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world‑class, age‑appropriate resources.

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self‐awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
