Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) invites applications for a Lead Educator at Rosewood Early Education Centre. You will guide a room with creativity and confidence, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality programs for children aged 0–5.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, up to 38 hours per week, with compensation up to $39/hr plus super. QCCS offers paid professional development, career growth across 24 centres, and substantial staff discounts on childcare.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Current Blue Card as required.
• Leadership experience with strong curriculum knowledge.

Responsibilities

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Rosewood Early Education Centre (EEC).

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week

Location: Rosewood

Compensation: Up to $39/hr + Super (depending on position and qualification)

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.
