Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services is seeking passionate Casual Lead Educators to join Bellmere Early Education Centre. You will guide a room with creativity and confidence, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality educational programs.

Lead Educators will mentor staff, foster inclusive learning, and build strong family partnerships while maintaining regulatory centre standards. Up to 38 hours per week, Bellmere, QLD, with above‑award pay and great benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Current Blue Card.
• Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge.

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Casual Lead Educators to join Bellmere Early Education Centre

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week

Compensation: Up to $49/hr + Super

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Responsibilities:
