Queensland Childcare Services – Rosewood Early Education Centre is seeking a Lead Educator to guide a warm, engaging room for children aged 0–5, inspiring strong learning experiences. You will mentor team members, lead curriculum planning, and build meaningful partnerships with families to support every child’s growth.

This full-time role is based in Rosewood and offers up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Current Blue Card for Australia.
• Proven leadership experience in early childhood setting.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Rosewood Early Education Centre (EEC).

Compensation: Up to $39/hr + Super (depending on position and qualification)

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
• Mentor and support Assistant Educators
• Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
• Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards
