Queensland Childcare Services – Rosewood is seeking a Lead Educator to guide a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring staff and delivering high-quality programs for children aged 0–5 at Rosewood Early Education Centre.

You will lead curriculum planning, support nearby educators, and foster inclusive environments while building strong family and community partnerships. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education required.
• Current Blue Card is required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and curriculum knowledge.

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Rosewood Early Education Centre (EEC).

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week
Location: Rosewood
Compensation: Up to $39/hr + Super (depending on position and qualification)

Lead Educator
Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support Assistant Educators
