Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate educators to join Springwood Early Education Centre. You’ll be part of a supportive, values‑driven team that believes in community, nature, and joy in learning.

Assistant Educator role offers Monday–Friday schedules up to 38 hours per week at Springwood, with compensation up to $39/hr + Super and generous benefits designed to support wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum).
• Current Blue Card.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for outdoor, nature–based education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and program implementation for children aged 0–5 years.
• Support children's learning and development through play–based activities.
• Help maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Work under the guidance of Lead Educators.
