• Specialist procurement expertise in delivery of infrastructure capital works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across the project lifecycle from feasibility to close, ensuring milestones and targets are met.
• Prepare feasibility information, budgets and business cases.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on planning, design, legal and communications.
• Establish relationships with diverse stakeholders to manage risks and issues.
• Provide clear reports on project planning, status, benefits and outcomes for Ministers, the Secretary and project teams.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver credible, evidence-based advice and project outcomes.
