Busy Bees at Coorparoo is hiring a Lead Educator on a full-time basis. You will lead the daily learning program, mentor educators in your room, and create a safe, engaging environment for children to thrive.

Essential duties include planning high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF, fostering strong family ties, and ensuring NQF compliance while supporting children’s development and wellbeing.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Coorparoo, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.
