Job summary

Nuix is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to own and grow the Developer Experience function in Sydney. You will lead a small team delivering tooling, standards, automation, and workflows that enable ~100 engineers to build, test, and ship software quickly and safely.

You will shape AI-enabled development practices, maintain governance and quality, define the developer platform, promote self-service, and collaborate with engineering managers to raise standards across CI/CD and repositories.
