Job summary

The BMD Group in Sydney is seeking a Design Manager to lead the delivery of a major transport infrastructure project valued at over $500 million. You will head multidisciplinary design teams, manage design processes, and ensure safety, compliance and constructability in a collaborative Design & Construct environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Civil Engineering degree and CPEng (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering major road/rail/transport projects in a D&C environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across consultants and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery across a major infrastructure project from tender to completion.
• Manage Design Management Plans, governance and design processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and design consultants.
