9B Careers is working with an established Cambridge practice, seeking an Associate Architect to take a senior leadership role. You will lead and deliver projects, coordinating clients, design teams and consultants, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business growth.

The role requires a qualified Architect with substantial UK project experience and a proven ability to run complex projects, with strong RevIT and design delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects from concept through to delivery.
• Take responsibility for project management, programme and delivery.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams and external consultants.
• Develop client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Contribute to design development and technical delivery.
• Support business development and growth of the studio.
