Job summary

Domain is seeking a senior Customer Insights leader to drive strategic decision-making through actionable customer and agent intelligence. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales and Leadership to translate findings into growth opportunities and embed insight into key decisions.

You will manage insight programs, external partnerships, and AI-powered repositories, championing a customer-centric culture across the business and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Insights, Market Research or Strategic Insights roles.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research expertise.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate insights into outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and emerging tech to enhance insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer insight programs and partnerships across the business.
• Translate research into actionable recommendations for strategy and growth.
