Job summary

Kapitol in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-profile construction projects across data centres, commercial, high-end residential and education sectors. You will partner with clients, consultants and internal teams from pre-construction through to completion, taking ownership of programme, cost, quality and safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex construction projects for Tier 1/2 or established builders.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent commercial acumen with track record of delivering financial outcomes.
• Outstanding client and stakeholder management skills across all project phases.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Ensure programme, budget, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Drive project strategy and decisions across all delivery phases.
• Lead high-performing project teams and manage risks and opportunities.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, procurement and financial performance.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Support development of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Oversee handover, defect resolution and project closure.
