Job summary

Jointly in Melbourne seeks a Project Manager (Construction) to lead site and office teams from start to finish on varied commercial projects across Victoria.

You will ensure safety and compliance with HSEQ, manage procurement via Procore, develop construction programmes, supervise admins, and coordinate with clients and architects to deliver projects on time and within budget.

4-7 years of commercial construction PM experience is preferred; Procore and MS Project knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects.

You will be hardworking and enthusiastic, responsible for managing projects from start to finish, leading the site and office team to deliver successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.

Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are run within the set deadlines & budget limitations

Manage all facets of procurement and subcontractor management via Jointly's management platform - Procore

Preparation of detailed construction programmes

Provide leadership to a team of contract & project administrators.

Liaise with clients and architects to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Previous Experience

$3-$15M Greenfield projects involving heavy structures

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Government and Private project experience

Technically complex projects with Design & Construct focus

Good working knowledge of Procore & MS Project

4-7 years of commercial construction project management experience is required
