Lohman Contracting is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction projects across Queensland, including culverts, bridges and earthworks. You will manage crews, plan resources, and coordinate precast lifts with suppliers on remote camp sites.

The role requires strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, and WHS compliance, plus experience with ITPs and QA documentation in government or council projects.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction, incl. 2 years supervising concrete crews.
• Demonstrated delivery of culverts, bridges, floodways or similar in-stream concrete structures.
• Experience with ITPs, hold points and quality documentation on government or council projects.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and supervise construction of culverts, bridges, floodways and causeways.
• Coordinate precast deliveries, crane lifts and lift plans with suppliers.
• Lead daily prestarts, toolbox talks and site inductions.
• Ensure SWMS, JSA and permits are in place and followed.
• Deliver work to contract specifications and manage QA records.
