Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice seeks a proactive leader to run the Client Services & Listings team. You will coordinate courtroom allocations across Sydney locations, ensuring high-quality client service and efficient operations.

The role focuses on leadership, stakeholder collaboration and driving improvements within the Industrial Relations Commission framework. 12-month temporary assignment with potential continuation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams while managing competing priorities in a complex operational environment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Industrial Relations Commission policies, procedures, legislation and operational practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with continuous improvement focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook for correspondence and documentation.
