AR Developments is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing team delivering residential subdivisions across South East Queensland. You will coordinate and supervise civil works, plan ahead, and drive a positive site culture with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You will lead crews, subcontractors and suppliers, report to the Civil Manager, and ensure works are delivered on time and to standard. Formal qualifications are valued, but hands-on experience is highly regarded.

Formación

• Experience as Civil Foreman, Leading Hand or Site Supervisor.
• Attitude, leadership and work ethic to own the site.
• Current Driver Licence and White Card.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities.
• Plan upcoming works and allocate labour, plant and materials.
• Manage site crews, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor productivity and keep works on programme.
• Maintain site safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications; provide updates.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Drive a positive and productive site culture.
