Job summary

Shadforth Civil Contractors in Queensland is seeking experienced Site and Project Engineers to deliver a major $70M residential subdivision project, overseeing earthworks, roadworks, drainage and infrastructure. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead teams, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain client relationships across a fast-paced environment with long-term pipeline.

Qualifications

Experience delivering residential subdivision and large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
Background in bulk earthworks, services, pavements and road construction.
Ability to manage performance, subcontractors and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee project planning, programming and daily delivery to meet milestones.
Coordinate subdivision works including earthworks, roads, drainage and utilities.
Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and quality requirements.
Monitor budgets, forecast costs and financial performance.
Manage subcontractors, procurement and project resources.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Drive safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
Support and mentor site teams and foster a positive culture.
