Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Australia) Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Lindt Chocolate Shop, oversee sales, guest experience, and daily operations across a busy retail environment.

You will coach ambassadors, manage rosters and inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and remain true to our premium brand while delivering exceptional service and a memorable chocolate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Store / Assistant Manager role in a fast-paced QSR, Retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience in workforce planning from recruitment to rosters and labour budgets for a store team of approx. 20 employees.
• Able to work autonomously, whilst proactively communicating into the State Manager
• Ability to grow your local community and drive return sales through your charismatic and positive personality that is infectious with your team leadership
• Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and with deadlines
• Calm and consistent approach in a demanding high-volume environment
• Ability to lead and coach a team
• Understanding of quality assurance and competent in Food Safety Standards
• Previous barista experience or interest will set you up for success
• Previous retail experience in inventory management, stocktake, visual merchandising and store presentation principles highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Oversee Lindt Chocolate Shop operations and profitability.
• Lead the store's performance and coach ambassadors to deliver on brand expectations.
• Foster a supportive team environment and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations including multitasking between customers, inventory, food safety compliance, visual merchandising, and takeaway drinks/ice cream.
• Motivate your team, communicate proactively, and uphold premium brand standards.
