Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as a Chef in a commercial or full-service restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP).
• Ability to develop and build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work across aged care catering and restaurant service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and service high-volume meals in a full-service kitchen.
• Ensure documentation for catering services is accurate and timely.
• Plan and program seasonal menus for residential aged care and public dining.
• Lead catering team to deliver high-quality meals and service.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Coordinate with care teams to enhance residents' wellbeing and independence.
