Job summary

Bl_nk is seeking a hands-on designer to lead the creative design development of brand identity systems, translating approved brand strategy into distinctive, practical outcomes. You'll still design a lot, develop concepts, interrogate ideas, and refine systems, taking a brand from strategy to a beautifully resolved identity.

You will work directly with clients when required, present concepts, review work from teammates, and explain the thinking behind the work, while maintaining high creative

Qualifications

• Brand identity experience rooted in brand strategy.
• Strong portfolio of identity work.
• Able to translate brand thinking into identity.
• Confident presenting concepts to clients.
• Hands-on across print and digital brand environments.
• Self-motivated with ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategies into identity systems.
• Develop completed brand systems from exploration to resolution.
