Job summary

Blinq, an AI-native contacts app, is seeking a Staff Product Designer. You will shape the product after the first chapter, turning ambiguous problems into simple, human experiences.

Work closely with Product, Engineering and founders to raise the bar on craft and thinking. You will own end-to-end design problems, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help create high-impact, globally scalable experiences across moments people meet.

Qualifications

• A body of work showing ownership of complex product problems from ideation to launch.
• Exceptional visual, product and interaction design craft with systems thinking.
• Strong product judgment and ability to influence senior leaders through quality of thinking.
• Comfort operating without a playbook, curious and decisive.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end to end from framing opportunities with Product and Engineering to launch.
• Shape 0→1 products and interactions across moments before, during and after people meet.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to challenge assumptions and influence what is built.
• Turn complex systems and edge cases into simple, human experiences.
• Know when to go deep vs. move fast while keeping the quality bar high.
