Job summary

Commonwealth Bank Of Australia is seeking a Branch Manager for a Multi Channel Branch in Gulgong. The role is permanent part time (25 hours/week), with hours 8.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will lead, coach and develop a team to deliver service excellence while growing lending, deposits and wealth products for customers. • Leadership capability to coach and develop a team in a busy retail banking environment.
• Proven track record in sales, leadership and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a branch team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers across lending, deposits and wealth products.
• Assist customers with transactions and handle inquiries face-to-face and via direct channels.
• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ needs and process loan/credit card applications.
• Promote in-branch technology and digital banking options; capture customer feedback for service improvements.
