Qualifications

• Leadership: ability to coach and manage staff performance.
• Mentorship in sales and business development.
• Experience in residential and commercial lending.
• Strong communication skills for clear expectations.
• Understanding financial management, business acumen and risk framework.
• Ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high compliance.
• Knowledge of lending products, policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of retail branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch growth through leadership, coaching and business development.
