Qualifications

• Minimum 2 yrs in busy bistro or high volume kitchen.
• Strong positive communicator.
• Ability to lead a kitchen section to produce desired results.
• Excellent food knowledge with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Uphold standards of food quality every time, paying thorough attention to detail to ensure that all dishes are delivered according to specifications.
• Work together with our team to identify opportunities for cost saving, consistent menu execution and development of the kitchen team.
• Total compliance for WHS, food safety, company policies.
