Watsonia RSL in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Chef for a full-time role in a busy bistro environment. You will hit the ground running, bring ideas, and lead kitchen operations with passion for quality and consistency.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a busy bistro or high-volume kitchen, strong communication, and the ability to lead a section. We value teamwork across back and front of house to delight members and guests.

Formación

• Minimum 2 yrs in busy bistro or high volume kitchen.
• Strong positive communicator.
• Ability to lead a kitchen section to produce desired results.
• Excellent food knowledge with an eye for detail.
