Seqwater in South-East Queensland is seeking a Lead Performance - Treatment & Supply to steer Reliability Engineering and Performance Analytics. You will be the independent voice on how our treatment and supply assets perform across a complex 24/7 network, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science or related technical discipline.
• Significant experience leading technical teams within infrastructure or utilities.
• Strong capability in performance analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills; willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead performance evaluation of treatment and supply assets, identifying trends, failures, constraints and opportunities to improve reliability, safety and operational performance.
• Provide independent performance, risk and reliability advice to planning, operations and maintenance teams.
• Oversee root cause investigations and performance analysis, translating data and asset health insights into actionable improvements.
• Align reliability strategies with performance outcomes and improvement plans.
• Deliver performance reporting and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with safety culture.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Seqwater and external partners.
