Job summary

Unitywater is seeking an HSEQ Performance Analyst to turn complex Health, Safety, Environment and Quality data into actionable insights that drive safer, smarter and more sustainable outcomes. You will collaborate with leaders across the organisation to transform data into dashboards, identify trends and risks, and shape the future direction of HSEQ performance.

You will apply your analytical expertise, problem-solving capability and stakeholder partnership skills to influence decision-making

Qualifications

• Must have analytics, reporting and performance measurement experience.
• Proven ability to create dashboards and business insights.
• Strong data interpretation and recommendation skills.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and visuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights, dashboards and performance measures for strategic decisions.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide proactive recommendations.
• Improve HSEQ data quality, reporting frameworks and governance processes.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide trusted evidence-based insights.
• Lead high-impact initiatives to improve HSEQ performance and outcomes.
