Qualifications

• Qualified Baker, Chef or similar with a minimum of 3 years' professional experience.
• Experience in production of naturally leavened breads without artificial improvers or preservatives.
• A passion for food that celebrates simplicity.
• An appreciation for seasonality, produce and ingredient-led cooking.
• A keen eye for quality, detail and presentation.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily production of focaccia, ciabatta and other handcrafted breads.
• Develop and maintain a fresh, seasonal lunch offering built around our bread production.
• Champion the use of exceptional local ingredients and seasonal produce.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
