Job summary

Loafers Artisan in WA is seeking a skilled baker to join our production team. This full-time role offers morning or afternoon shifts (no night shifts) and a focus on real hand-molding, sourdough, and traditional fermentation doughs in a state-of-the-art facility.

You will operate double rack ovens, support other production areas, and maintain strict food safety standards while contributing to a team that takes pride in craft and quality across all loaves and panini.

Qualifications

• A bakery professional with 3+ years across baking roles.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Professional, adaptable attitude and pride in craft.
• Team player with sharp attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate double rack ovens and a Konig divider/rounder.
• Support other areas of production as needed.
• Clean down and ensure food safety compliance.
