Job summary

Mega Recruitment is seeking an Associate Architect in Sydney to lead project teams across complex, large-scale projects. You will mentor graduates, designers and architects, oversee coordination across workstreams, and drive delivery from design through construction while maintaining high technical standards in Revit.

You will operate in a hybrid Sydney CBD environment with strong leadership support and clear career pathways toward Associate Director level.

Qualifications

• Must have lead experience on large-scale architectural projects.
• Strong Revit capability is essential.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams across multiple levels.
• Mentor Graduates, Designers and Architects.
• Oversee coordination across workstreams and package leaders.
• Drive delivery from design through construction documentation.
• Manage priorities, deadlines and resources.
• Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders.
• Review technical outputs and resolve issues in Revit.
