Job summary

International Architectural Practice in Sydney’s CBD seeks an Associate Director to lead a team of Associates on highly complex, large-scale projects valued in the hundreds of millions and above. You will provide technical judgement, leadership, and direction from day one, guiding projects to successful outcomes.

This is a senior leadership role with autonomy to influence across multiple projects, while supported by a cohort of directors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of architectural experience.
• Strong leadership of experienced architectural teams.
• Experience delivering major, complex projects valued at $400 million+.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop senior team members.
• Confidently engage with senior clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Associates and senior project leaders on highly complex, large-scale projects.
• Provide technical and strategic direction across projects.
• Oversee project performance, resources and delivery while maintaining client relationships.
• Represent the practice at industry and networking events and contribute to business development.
