Core Talent in Sydney is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to lead design through delivery on multi-residential projects. You will operate in a genuine leadership role within a growing practice, managing design teams and client relationships.

Working with the leadership team, you will guide project budgets, schedules and business development, mentor junior architects and contribute to strategic growth of the studio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in architecture.
• Registered Architect in Australia.
• Proven leadership across design, delivery and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through design, documentation and delivery.
• Manage and develop client and consultant relationships.
• Provide leadership to project teams and mentoring.
• Oversee budgets, fees and delivery programmes.
• Contribute to business development and securing new work.
